Level 1 Week 1: Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 medium Pear, cut up
- 1/4 medium Cucumber, cut up
- 4 Mint Leaves
- Sprigs of Parsley
- 1 tsp. Ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 8-10 ounces of Apple Juice, organic
- 1 cup of Ice
Instructions
- In a blender combine all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
